Blake Street aims to advise private company clients in both buy side and sell side transactions, assisting them in making strategic acquisitions or divestitures to advance their business plans and strategic and financial objectives. The Firm aims to help clients grow geographically, consolidate fragmented industries and expand their product lines, as well as shed non-core or under-performing assets and exit successful investments. As experienced advisors in both complex buy side and sell side transactions, we offer a direct, independent perspective to our clients' growth and other strategies. In this role, Blake Street aims to identify strategic trends, specific company acquisition opportunities, and/or assist in executing transactions already identified or in process.

• Develop and formulate M&A strategies

• Identify, screen and initiate discussions with potential buyers or acquisition targets

• Structure and negotiate transactions
