Blake Street has established a proprietary network of industry based firms and senior professionals (“affiliates”) who provide as needed services on a contracted or partnership basis, bringing a breadth of experience to our clients. Many of these affiliates are former partners or associates of Blake Street principals from major bulge bracket investment banking firms who operate boutique advisory firms themselves. Through our relationship with Growth Capital Services, we also have access to its roughly fifty affiliated senior investment banking professionals, with which to partner. In addition, Blake Street has a strategic relationship with several specialty investment banking staffing firms whereby we are able to retain deeply skilled industry and product specific analysts, associates and other investment banking professionals as needed to execute our engagements.

To form a project team, we bring together individuals with the best industry and functional expertise and leadership to ensure our clients receive superior service. Each Blake Street project team is typically comprised of both internal and affiliate based professionals with experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or industry specific professions. Each team member staffed on a client engagement is selected based upon their demonstrated client focus and proven track record of executing transactions within the product and industry scope of the engagement. Our mandate based, contract oriented staffing model allows Blake Street to provide more customized and economical solutions to our clients than that of traditional captive investment banking staffing models. The ability to staff a client engagement from an established network of specialized professionals and affiliates, allows us to offer clients a dedicated project team comprised of the most qualified and relevant talent for each engagement.
